Paco Patch
Paco Patch is a revolutionary polymer based bituminous reinstatement system developed specifically for the perished surfacing around manholes and other iron works. The system comprises the placing of mastic asphalt bricks into a layer of polymer modified mastic asphalt grout. Pre-coated or dry chippings are applied to the finished surface to provide a non-skid surface complying with UK legislative specifications.
Paco Patch comes with a 3 year material warranty; is voidless; requires no compaction; and can be trafficked within an hour of completion. Even a Paco Patch that has been laid to a depth of 50cm can be trafficked the same day.

J.W. BUILDING GROUNDWORKS undertake the civil engineering work involved in the building of sub-structures. All aspects of Civil Engineering, ground works. J.W. BUILDING GROUNDWORK SERVICES are known for dealing with not only straight forward jobs but also complex and technical projects. These can be in tight inner-city areas, dirty brownfield spaces or large infrastructure sites/new builds.
Certifications
To maintain our high standards, all staff have a CSCS accreditation as a minimum, although most will either currently have or be working towards their NVQ levels 2 and 3. Our site supervisors hold both Street Work and SSSTS/SMSTS certifications, while our highway teams all hold the New Roads & Streetworks qualifications at both the supervisor and operative levels.
All our subcontractors hold the required certification in confined spaces NVQ level 2.
